Rob is a seasoned packaging executive and has been on FirmaPak’s board of directors since the company's inception in 2023. He joins FirmaPak after most recently serving as the Global EVP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Berlin Packaging, a private equity owned supplier of glass, plastic, and metal containers and closures. Rob joined Berlin Packaging in 2015 and drove nearly forty acquisitions during his tenure. He was instrumental in Berlin Packaging’s expansion to Europe and Asia, the launch of its global beauty and cosmetics packaging vertical, and two successful monetization events in 2018 and 2021. Prior to Berlin Packaging, Rob served in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of New Cotai, a private equity owned integrated resort company focused on developing casinos, hotels, and retail malls. Rob started his career as a corporate attorney and was previously a partner of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Based in the Chicago area, Rob is married with two children. He loves watching his son, Grayson, play baseball, and his daughter, Greer, perform in musicals.

Rob graduated from the University of Illinois and has a JD from New York University School of Law.

Grant has 25+ years of experience leading complex manufacturing operations in plastics processing and consumer packaging. Prior to joining FirmaPak, he served as VP of Operations at Revolution LLC, a private-equity-backed film manufacturing and recycling company, where he led operations and drove enterprise continuous improvement. During his tenure, Grant played a key role in six acquisitions, driving integration, operations efficiency, and measurable gains in profit improvement.

Earlier in his career, Grant spent 16 years at Kimberly-Clark in engineering, maintenance, and operations leadership roles, building a foundation in manufacturing reliability, asset performance, and cross-functional team leadership. More recently, he has held senior leadership positions directing multi-site manufacturing operations, corporate capital investment planning (CapEx), and the execution of company-wide continuous improvement strategies.

Based in Indiana, Grant holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Gina, and their two children. He spent many years coaching his sons’ baseball teams, and today enjoys boating, travel, and outdoor adventures with his family.

Joe joins FirmaPak as its Chief Financial Officer, leveraging his prior experience in finance, accounting, operations and consulting. Joe most recently served as a Senior Director at Shore Capital Partners and was instrumental in formulating the 100-day plan for FirmaPak. Prior to Shore Capital, Joe was an experienced Manager at Deloitte specializing in buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity clients across various industries. Prior to this, Joe served in Deloitte's Audit practice.

Joe is from Davidson, North Carolina and is currently based in the Chicago area with his wife, Diana, and son, Oskar. Joe is an avid runner and accomplished golfer.

Joe is a licensed CPA and has a MS from McCombs School of Business at University of Texas-Austin, and a BS from Clemson University.

Brent has been in packaging manufacturing since 2015 when he joined his father, Darrell, at Container Services, Inc. (CSI). Together, Brent and Darrell worked to grow CSI and expand it to the northeast with a greenfield facility in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Brent selected Shore Capital Partners for partnership and became a founding partner of FirmaPak in January 2023. Prior to CSI, Brent was co-founder of Jetset Media, a digital advertising platform in private aviation with 100+ terminals across North America targeting ultra-high networth individuals.

Brent is a father of five and loves attending his kids’ events with his wife, Jamie. He lives in Hillsboro, Kansas and is a lifelong Kansas Jayhawk fan.

Brent graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas.

Damon has worked in packaging for 21 years since joining Apex Plastics. He started his packaging journey as Maintenance Supervisor and became involved in processing and manufacturing improvements, quickly moving to Production Manager and then President in the course of two years. Apex Plastics has seen significant sales growth under Damon's leadership and transitioned from exclusively extrusion blow molding to include one step injection stretch blow molding. During this time Damon oversaw the replacement of five older EBM machines with new machines and the addition of three ISBM machines. Damon managed several expansion projects during this time which added 32,000 square feet and a new office.

Damon grew up in North Missouri where Apex Plastics is located. He has a son and a daughter both in the work force. While not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors on the farm or on backpacking trips.

Damon has a degree in Agriculture from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from William Woods University

Ernie is a 30+ year industry veteran of the blow molding and screen printing industries primarily focused on the personal care market. Ernie founded Lighthouse Packaging in 2015, which became a FirmaPak company in the summer of 2025.

Prior to founding Lighthouse, Ernie was the Executive Vice President of Classic Containers located in Ontario, CA. During his tenure, he developed an expertise in Extrusion Blow Molding, Injection Blow Molding, Injection Stretch Blow Molding, Injection Molding, Screen Printing and Labeling.

‍

Ernie is a lifelong Southern California native. He’s active in the community and has been coaching recreational and competitive youth soccer for 18+ years. Ernie and his wife Shelley have been married for over 30 years and have raised a daughter and three sons together. They also have a 7-year-old grandson, who currently enjoys being coached by Papa.

David has worked in rigid plastic packaging manufacturing since 2016. He brings 25+ years of veteran sales and marketing leadership to FirmaPak spanning across multiple industries including tech manufacturing, banking, and maintenance/repair/operations distribution. Prior to joining FirmaPak, David was the VP Global Sales for an industry leading packaging manufacturer, Sales General Manager for a $84M trades brand and VP Marketing for a vertically-integrated family-owned landscape distribution company. David’s teams have generated double-digit CAGRs and new business growth.

David is an Eagle Scout and graduated Cum Laude from Auburn University with a degree in Marketing.

David lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and has a son and daughter attending Georgia State University and Florida State University, respectively. David enjoys golf, concerts, and traveling with his wife.

Katie has been a part of FirmaPak since its inception and brings her passion for manufacturing to her role. Prior to joining FirmaPak, Katie worked as an Associate Brand Manager at Tyson Foods running its $500 million Chicken Nuggets business. Before Tyson, Katie worked in strategy consulting for The Keystone Group, serving clients on a variety of engagements from operational and financial turnarounds to growth strategy. She began her career in General Mills’ Finance Leadership Development Program.

Katie has called Chicago home for the past decade, although she remains a proud Wisconsinite. When not playing board games, Katie enjoys running, biking and swimming to train for her next triathlon.

Katie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington University in St Louis and received her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Angie is a human resource professional with over two decades of progressive experience specializing in spearheading strategic HR operations, cultivating top-performing teams, and implementing transformative initiatives for multi-million-dollar corporate entities in the packaging, food manufacturing and automotive industries. She joined FirmaPak in October 2024 after most recently serving as the Director of Business Unit HR Operations at Amcor where she navigated the complexities of a merger, leading HR operations for 1,500+ employees. This involved unifying two distinct company cultures, implementing cohesive policies, and championing a safety culture to ensure a smooth organizational transition.

Based in Des Moines, Iowa Angie is married with two sons.  

Angie graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Brendan joins FirmaPak as an experienced finance professional, bringing expertise to the role of Controller. Brendan comes from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked since 2017 and was most recently a Senior Associate. Brendan has experience across multiple industries in accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and audit services.

Brendan enjoys playing soccer and is a baking enthusiast.

Brendan has a Masters in Professional Accounting from Butler University and CPA certification.
